Would like to transfer my premium subscription to my Samsung Tablet

It is working fine on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Phone. But does not work on my Samsung Tab 2.

It would appear that a new version will have to be released to add new tablets.

Why is people like this ?

If I'm asking specifically about it it's because I know it should be there, I use other devices like a Samsung phone and I have a game pass ultimate subscription and I play in my phone, the cloud option is ubiquitously in every device I possess except my Huawei tablet.

I have the same problem. I have given my daughter some money in her account and added my credit card details but still have no way to deal with "An adult has to complete this transaction from their profile" message. Nothing appears in Family Safety for me to approve. Surely I don't need to buy Minecraft myself to sort this out. She got a new Android tablet and I believe the only way to transfer the Worlds from her old Samsung tablet to her new Samsung tablet is using Realms. The Smart Switch app on the tablets doesn't bring the worlds across. You can imagine her frustration.

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you have been unable to setup a custom gamerpic through our mobile Xbox App. Are you receiving any sort of error code or message when attempting to do so? Note, child accounts are restricted from uploading custom
gamerpics so make sure you are using an adult account. Let us know!

Thanks, I more likely to go with Samsung as that will talk with my tablet. I generally sit 6 to 8 feet away.
