Profile and achievements transfer from an always-offline Xbox 360

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to transfer your achievements from your Xbox 360 to a different Microsoft account.

In order for your achievements to be shared online, it needs to be connected to Xbox live network which is through a Microsoft account. Achievements are personal and cannot be transferred to a different account. The only way to do this is to link a Microsoft account to your Xbox 360 and connect to the internet.

If it is achievements you want to transfer to the new profile (since you cannot transfer save games), you have to link your offline profile on the XB 360 to your online profile (live gamertag). So at least this can be done.

Nope, sorry. The ONLY things that are confirmed to transfer from the Xbox 360 are your profile, gamerscore, & achievement history.

When you transform the guest profile into a Microsoft account, it will have access to all Xbox Live services, including the ability to transfer Xbox 360 cloud-saved game saves to Xbox One. Keep in mind that Xbox Live Gold is required to enable Xbox 360
cloud-saves. Your offline account's Gamerscore, achievements and game saves are all available and become part of the new profile, but they cannot be transferred to any existing Microsoft account and gamertag.
