Why will games not launch on the Xbox fire stick app. I have game pass ultimate but still...

which games are you trying to launch? What exactly happens?

Happening to me too.

Can't launch any Game Pass game.

XBox app on PC is behaving poorly (no list of installed games, searching for games not working)

Store app claims I need to join Game Pass, but Microsoft Support says I still have 6 weeks of Game Pass Ultimate.

Previously, the game I want to play (Slay the Spire) would only launch from XBox(Beta) app.

But now the XBox app is broken, I can't search for the game. It appears to serve no other purpose at the moment then displaying the games that are available on game pass.

The Game Pass Quests are exclusive to Game Pass Ultimate members (the daily, weekly, and monthly quests), so if you want to do those quests, you should keep your Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

If you downgrade from Game Pass Ultimate to PC Game Pass, you can still earn points by completing the following quests:

- Play a PC game.
- Play with friends.
- Play Jewel on the Xbox mobile app.
- Use the Xbox app for mobile devices.

Even with PC Game Pass, you should still receive extra points if you meet the requirements of the 3 bonuses. However, as mentioned before, if you want to continue doing the daily, weekly, and monthly quests, I recommend sticking with Game Pass Ultimate.

Why do you even have Xbox Live Gold if you do not have an Xbox? Anyway Game pass Ultimate changes gold to Game Pass Ultimate. yes you can do it from your PC. Just launch the Microsoft Store, then search for Xbox game pass, when it shows up, scroll to subscriptions
and choose the one you want.

If you have game pass ultimate and are still having issues its on there end.

The launch had a few issues.
