Please be aware that an Xbox account is attached to the Microsoft account. If someone changes your email address ID for the account using the account alias function, the Xbox account will stay with that account, it will just have a new ID. This is because changing the username for the account only changes the ID used to sign in. Doesn't do anything with the account.

The other thing that could have happened is that the Microsoft account is closed. This means that there is no email address attached to the Xbox account, and it stays in limbo until it is deleted.

Please can you tell me how you have lost your Microsoft account?

Thanks, but what email do i use for the recovery? i made a new microsoft account with the same email as the email in my hacked account before it was changed and im afraid i might accidentally access the new microsoft account i made.

I am having the exact same issue, but to my knowledge everything on my xbox one is up-to-date. I made my regular email the primary, and also deleted the old one and now my system will not recognize that the email has changed, nor will it allow me access
to any area where I can change the Microsoft account's email to the new one I have chosen.

I can access my account on every thang but the Xbox website and I cold not log in before becouse the email was deleted even thow it was still trying to send it emails so I made a new email with the same address and every thang so I could access it but now i cant access the Xbox website with my profile and it says that there is not a Xbox account under the email even thow there is

The issue is i no longer have the email so i cant get a code reset code or the phone and now that i made a new Account i lost my gold membership and can not play the games i paid for that is Digital
