    I am using a different Microsoft account to type this message because my main account was recently hacked. The hacker changed my password, recovery email, and even had the recovery code sent to them exclusively.

    I have submitted countless account recovery tickets, yet I keep being told that my information is not accurate. I know the approximate time my account was hacked, and I even made a $30 purchase on the account. I still have the bank statement for the transaction and the card I used to make the purchase. Despite my account suddenly going from daily use to zero activity and me providing accurate banking details, I am still told it is not enough.

    I would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with a real person rather than being directed to an AI chatbot for the 20th time. It is extremely frustrating that, despite providing all my accurate information, my account is still considered unrecoverable.

    Does anyone know a 100% guaranteed way to speak to a real human being?

    Hello AlphaLeoli, I'm sorry you are having difficulties contacting Xbox support, however try to follow the steps below to contact Xbox support via chat.

    Go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

    See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

    If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

    Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

    Click Contact us

    Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

    On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

    On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

    When you're on the contact site, change your category/topic until you see the options to request a call back or chat with support. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    There is no contact number for the Xbox Enforcement Team.

    You can try and reach them through a Case Review. See #6

    1) For account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at

    2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

    3) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

    4) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

    - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation."

    5) A suspension or ban on the account is imposed when there has been a violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use.

    7) If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

    - If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

    8) It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.

    nope you don't get it

    It doesn't matter if you were on or not

    Reports happen weeks or days before and are investigated

    Just because you were suspended at a time doesn't mean that's when the offence occured

    You will have to improve your behavioue

    And file a case review but since you don't know when the offence occured (no time table as it could've been from weeks ago you can't dispute it and no they won't tell you the time and date as it's private data
