    Xbox Connectivity Issues


    My son keeps getting disconnected on his Xbox Series X from the Xbox network during game play. The connection will be fine for a few weeks but then he experiences connection issues every few minutes

    that will last 2-3 days, then is fine again for a few weeks. I’m fairly confident it’s not related to a poor internet connection.

    It could honestly be a problem with your internet provider. Try calling them and have them check your connection. You may be being slowed or blocked for some reason.

    hi,

    do you try to clear the mac adress:

    following steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear
    it 3 times>Back to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC
    Address>Clear>And then reboot
    console when prompted.
