I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.

Okay so how do I get them to look up the Microsoft account or Xbox account of mine? Like the profile itself why can’t I share that with them and give them the corresponding info related to that account. If my email was changed and that makes the email I used not existing before how am I suppose to give that info to the form?

With that being said, I don’t think they are looking up the right account with my inform I shared. I can’t just put down the email that was removed from my account because that’s not existing anymore. So tell me this, how am I suppose too know what the hacker changed my email to.

Do I make sense with what I am asking ? I get the form is only way to submit information to be looked up but what good does it do me if I can’t get Microsoft to look up the right account.

That’s what doesn’t make sense what so ever with your guys account recovery. Because my email is no longer a thing because it was removed. You guys solely can look up Xbox profile. I can give all that information for my account to be looked up. And I guarantee my questions I answer will match up to that account. I feel as if all the requests I’ve submitted it wasn’t for the right account and I don’t know how to tell them what to look up.

Hello khaji, that’s the problem I don’t know or have the email that my cousin created that account with because it’s been so long. It’s been years so that email is lost and unfortunately I can’t reset my password because it says I’ve been locked out to sign in due to the password being entered wrong multiple times and it wasn’t till the end when I’m locked and blocked out of the email sign in I remember the password. I’ve also tried to verify it through my console but it just sends me to accountlive.com to reset my password which I can’t do. I even tried putting my cousins phone number instead of his email and that does not work so I don’t know what else to do? Was there a different number I put in other than my cousins, I don’t know this was years ago. Maybe I can get unlocked or unblocked out of the sign in because I finally remember my the password to my cousins email, other than that the forms are not working? It’s as if the forms don’t even get looked through! The key details I provided should have gotten my account back already and I’m sorry Khaji but this was no help at all?! Can I get my questions answered or actual advice on what to do here.
