My Xbox keeps resetting to the home page while starting a new game. I’m on ultimate and...

I had to start a new account and repurchase a game that my son plays. So I’m wondering are they going to repay me for the game the vc and the Xbox ultimate that I had to open.

So I’m having the problem where my husband and I share the Xbox S. I have game pass. The Xbox is set for me as the home user not him. However he can play starfield with no problems on his profile but my profile keeps crashing just on this game. Even when I start a new game.

I’ve tried that also I forgot to say that. When I try and reset my Xbox it tells me something about how it will erase content and keep my home Xbox. I’m scared to do it and have to redownload all of my games even after selecting keep all games and apps.

Please keep in Mond, that if you change the home console and use the xbox App or gamepass App to start a download of a game while not at home that download always will go to the home console. In that case your kid must start downloading games while he
is on his console.

its not a case of they dpo one at set times or give us that information , the best thing to do is keep an eye on the xbox home page for anyxbox live or game pass ultimate promotions.
