Help, looking for group isn’t functioning correctly.

According to your description, you try to find a group search post in Call of Duty Black Ops 6, but you often see an empty list, and it seems that you are shown MW2.



Are you searching for groups on a PC system?

And the PC search group function depends on the game you start. In theory, what game you start, the search group corresponds to the game group list.

You can try to start the game bar (win+g) after starting the game to see if it recognizes that the game you started is Black Ops 6.



In addition, you can also try to start other games for testing. (Please note that in the game bar, check/uncheck "Remember this is a game" in the settings) to see if this setting affects it.

you may have a look in "Group" and use the "Looking for Groups" (LFG) functionality.

This gives you great matches.

I'm familiar with the feature, just need to be sure that you are talking about exactly what I have understood and that I understood correctly

This feature is not available on looking for group function of the Xbox, this is because on PC you have the option to select text chat only, that's what's triggers the open group chat option and you can test this by selecting voice required when you create the post on the PC
