    Hello again , i have an xbox x series wich wont let me add any accounts , i have it just.over one year so litteraly ran out of warranty, it has been kept in perfect condition , but all of suddenly it wont sign in and i ended up factory resseting it , so i have tried every step i could find including : power cycle, cable connection,hotspot , other friends wi fi , offline update, port forwarding, changed dns, everything is anyone ealse that has gonw through.this? I can't wrap my head around it why all of sudden decides to stop letting me adding my account back , when i press add it loads for 3 seconds and goes.back to home screen, is.it a internet , software , glitch , is it done by microsoft on porpose ?

    Same. My friend has both and Xbox gamertag (on Series X) and a PC. Owns both versions. I'm on Series X and we can't play unless he's on Xbox. Can't add his Origin ID to my EA friends. Not sure what to do.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.
