Why doesn't Microsoft do password reset emails?

That is the literal only way I can possibly ever get my account back as I am unable to use my verification email anymore since it no longer exists, I've never had the passkey or those other options, and I also set the account up when I was younger and don't know what year I put in to make my account at least 18 as many kids did and still do so I can't do the reset form.

At this point I'm getting desperate because I have a lot of time put into games and other things that I can't access or change anymore.

i'm sorry this is why you have to fill out the information correctly, and not break the rules

It's why you have to keep your information up-to-date.

If you don't remember the details that you put in it's very unlikely you'll be able to recover the account because you won't be able to prove it's yours

Have you tried resetting your password? If that still doesn't work, try reentering your email and password, not using the cached email that's saved because when you do that, it usually caches the password as well.

Sorry to hear that, the only ways to recover an Xbox account are with:

Password reset link: https://account.live.com/password/reset

If the code doesn't arrive to the email you wrote, that means that's not the security email linked to the account.

The other option if it's not possible with the password reset link is filling the Account Recovery form: https://account.live.com/acsr
