Xbox recording not working

Sorry to hear about that, however, some games don't allow capture and since you already reset your console. Have you tried other cloud-enabled games if it captures? If not, you may try these steps:

You can try re-syncing your account into the console. Ensure that you know your Microsoft account and password before doing so and your console is connected to the internet.

-Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

-Profile & System > Settings > Account > Remove account

-Select the account that you want to remove, and then select "Remove" to confirm.

-Once done, select Close.

Then, you can restart your console > long-press Xbox button on the controller > Restart

Lastly, sign in to your account again by:

-Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

-Go to Sign in > Add new

If a different cloud-enabled game worked, then that simply means the game disabled capturing.

this is getting old we need fixes for these issues

So I tried the Game DVR and it still didn't work, a window opened and said that the game DVR couldn't record, I'm a little surprised that Microsoft hasn't announced anything about this problem
