    Black screen of death, turns on but no image shows.


    Ive tried every available reset method: Power+eject... startup beep (wait 10-15secs) 2nd startup sound and release.... This works as well as eject+pair+power... But the screen remains black in both cases. but the sounds appear as expected. So, Id like to see about getting it serviced.

    This is another issue: I am unable to add to my device via serial number. It says it was added but never shows up only my Xbox series X shows up. Does this mean I cant get it serviced?

    I was playing Battlefield 4 and the game crashed! I turned off the console and it took the Black Screen of Death!

    Its called the black screen of death u need to factory reset ur xbox to fix this error i seen peoples xbox one s have the error but if they hold there xbox controller x in the middle it would show turn off xbox or controller it might be not this the rarety
    of this happening is unknowed
