How can i open my Microsoft account on Xbox since it got closed for some reason?

Hi I accidently closed my Microsoft account trying to set up a cod account on call of duty ghosts how can I re open it? I can provide my information as it was before I closed it how can I fix this?

Had to make a new Xbox/Microsoft account and then ran it on there. It has now loaded online! For some reason it did not want to work on my other Xbox account.

Hey Geroges! I got on my account but i can't seem to get into my xbox profile since the person that hacked it changed the email. Do you have any idea how i can get my old xbox account back and not my microsoft email since i just got it. Please

I opened the Xbox Console Companion logged out of my account logged back in then i closed it opened minecraft logged in from the same account and still got the error

When it comes to account recovery/identity verification, the process is a bit rigid on purpose for security reasons and there's little anyone at support could do to help.

You mentioned that the support staff closed your account when they did in 2023, so the problem is actually more serious than you think lol, my friend.



Microsoft accounts are completely unrecoverable when they are confirmed closed.

I was going to provide you with some process and advice on how to recover your account, but when I read this line, I realized that I can't help you. Because no one can open which accounts have been closed.



I sympathize with you my friend, there is no longer any way to recover this account, you will have to create a new Microsoft account to use it.
