I've had the same problem for quite a while, where I try to download a profile and it stops in the middle of loading. After about five tries I was able to download one profile. However, my Xbox 360 could have issues separate from yours. Probably the best thing you can do is check your email and app password and make sure they're correct.

You can also try playing an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One, which would help identify which console has the problem, or if it's an issue with your account.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Do you mean you are trying to get Xbox one games to your 360 account? Or are you trying to get one specific game to downloaded to your Xbox 360?

If you are trying to claim Xbox one titles for your account, try doing so from the
Xbox.com website. If you are having trouble with Xbox 360 games downloading, let us know if you are getting a error message or code.
