One thing you can try, that I don't see listed, is changing your password. There is a password limitation on the Xbox 360 in terms of how long it can be. You may need to shorten it if it exceeds 16 characters.

However, I don't think you are able to since you have that 30 day lock on your account in terms of updating your settings. you may want to consider
contacting a live agent so that they can go overt your account details.

I'll be as clear as I can, but let me know if I leave something out. My primary gamertag is attached to a microsoft account that is blocked. I can sign-in to this gamertag and play as normal on my xbox, but any attempts to access any of the account security
