Xbox sends my console wrong updates

Sorry, but I think there's somthing wrong inside your console, so my only option stays to send your Xbox for repair.

Tried going to settings >memory. There is no memory according to my daughter. How can that be? I reformatted my USB drive to FAT32 and loaded the console update. We will see if that works. If not something is very wrong here. At least there is still a warranty.
We might have to send it back but that means getting a refurb. They NEVER send back YOUR unit.

Dunno what's wrong with sending it on xbox.com, it never used to be this way!

Haven't seen this one pop up yet in the forums, so have to ask myself.

I try updating my xbox but everytime I get stuck with the same error code:

There was a problem with the update
You need this update to use your console, but something went wrong. For help, visit xbox.com/xboxone/update/help.

I have same problem as above do I send the xbox back and have a refund due to the fact we buy these items and they shouldn’t go wrong this is the second Xbox I’ve had with the same fault not impressed.

Try heading to Settings>Network and see if there's an update needed for the console that you can manually start the install for.

If that doesn't work then I'm afraid that you would need to send the console in for repairs as you wouldn't have gotten that message if there wasn't something wrong with the console.

I would also like to apologize if you don't like the "send it in for repair" answer but if there is no other choice and you cannot enjoy your favorite games because of update issues it would be to your best interest to send in the console before the warranty
runs out.
