    It sounds like that error can be really frustrating! Sounds like something on the game's server side.

    Check for outages on the Microsoft side here Xbox Status:

    I recommend reaching out to Forza support for assistance. They should be able to provide more specific information about why that feature is temporarily disabled and help you resolve the issue.
