How do I fix please log into Xbox to join the server?

I thought of a few things you could try:

- The launcher might be corrupted. Try reinstalling the Minecraft launcher to refresh the files. Uninstall it from your computer, download the latest version from the Minecraft website, and install it again.

- Minecraft depends on Java, and an outdated version can cause issues. Update to the latest version of Java from the official Java website.

- Disable VPN software if you have any.

- Try it on a different WiFi network or mobile hotspot to test if it's your internet provider.

- If the launcher doesn’t have the necessary permissions, it could fail to update. Try running the Minecraft launcher as an administrator (right-click the launcher icon and select "Run as administrator").

- Your firewall or antivirus might be blocking the launcher’s update. Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall, then try updating the launcher again. You can also add Minecraft to the firewall's allowed list.

Would I know if you tried reinstalling the game, or connecting your PS4 to a different Wi-Fi network temporarily, like a mobile hotspot?

Try disabling any existing firewall program or changing its configuration options. Restart your modem/router. You may also want to try logging out of your account and then logging back in, as this refreshes your profile's authentication and connection with our servers. Restart your device.

Please try each one.

Otherwise, I recommend you wait a couple of hours before trying to play again, or until tomorrow.

Additionally, you can report the problem to Minecraft support, in case this is an ongoing issue.
