Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble launching games downloaded through Xbox Game Pass on my PC. Every time I try to start a game, I encounter the error code 0x803f8001. I've tried restarting my system and ensuring that my subscription is active, but the problem persists.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, what steps did you take to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

2. make sure your Windows operating system and the Xbox app are both up to date.

3. In Windows Settings, find “Apps and Features”, select the Xbox app and click “Advanced Options”, then select “Reset”.

4. Reset or reinstall the game and test again.
