    Minecraft launcher , Microsoft login


    It seems my Minecraft is somehow "linked" to an random scam email, which hacked and stolen my old account from me and I can't access it anymore. I made a different account using a different email, but when I want to log in, it automatically wants to log in into the scam one. What do I do?

    try using the old launcher for now, continue using it even if it asks you to use the new launcher. : https://launcher.mojang.com/download/MinecraftInstaller.msi Make sure to select "Microsoft login" at the login selection screen, then proceed to login with the Microsoft account connected to your Minecraft.

    If THIS is the only helpful solution, Minecraft really needs to get their **** together and fix their dumb launcher. I haven't been able to use it in MONTHS and at this point it feels like a huge waste of money.

    On your Minecraft Launcher kindly sign out your account and then sign back in choosing “Microsoft Login”.

    Yoooo same, I haven't been able to play minecraft for 3 days cause it's stuck loading when I press microsoft login. I can login the website but not the minecraft launcher. They better fix this now.

    Hello,

    Yes it is in Minecraft launcher, but it was associated with Xbox account, currently the auto login feature also applies to Xbox apps I have installed on my computer, therefore it is both a issue with Minecraft launcher and Xbox, it is kind of also a Microsoft account issue since my Minecraft account was my Microsoft account.
