Queue downloads. New Game Pass customer

I understand that you are having trouble installing Minecraft, and I understand your confusion.



You can try the following steps to resolve the issue of Minecraft download stuck at 0%:

1. Repair the network settings:

• Reset network settings
  
• Tap windows+R key, type inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Advanced and check “Use SSL 3.0”, “Use TLS 1.0”, “Use TLS 1.1”, ‘Use TLS 1.2’, apply and restart your computer to see if the problem can be solved.
  
• Reset Proxy Server Settings
  
• Click windows+R, type inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Connections, click LAN Settings, check whether the Proxy Server column is checked, if so, uncheck it and click OK, restart your computer after applying it to see if it solves the problem.
  

2. Restart services related to Xbox games:

• Press the Windows Button then type Services.
  
• Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.
  
• Then select Run as Administrator.
  
• Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:
  

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service

Gaming Services

• Do this with each of the services listed above.
  
• Right-click over the service and select Properties.
  
• Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.
  
• If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.
  

3. Reinstall the game service:

• Delete the game service: Go to start - Search for PowerShell - Right click - Run as administrator. Type the following command and press enter:
  

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

• Reinstall the game service:
  

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Hi there, do you mean after you have downloaded it, you start the game and it freezes or are you downloading the pass while playing and it freezes? If it's the latter I'd suggest adding the pass to your download queue and download it while on the dashboard.

If it doesn't give you the option to add to your queue, start the download then immediately stop it, back out to the dashboard and restart the download through your purchase history.

I purchased the cod advanced warfare season pass. It has not unlocked the new content atlas gorge and the new guns! I checked my queue to see if it was downloading but its empty, please resolve issue ASAP.
