Game not working / says I need to buy again on Xbox store*

Have an issue with try to play Call of Duty multiplayer on Xbox, purchased the game back in October, been playing it fine until two days ago. Doesn’t allow me to play multiplayer anymore? Says in the store that I either need to purchase or buy the game pass??

Have re-installed the game & reset my Xbox, still doesn’t change.

I understand that you are having trouble with being prompted to repurchase Call of Duty, and I understand your confusion.

You can check if there are any anomalies in your Call of Duty order by logging in to your Microsoft account website. If there are no exceptions to your order, you can try the following actions:

Delete your player profile from your Xbox console. Turn off your console and unplug the power cord, let it sit for 10seconds and then restart your Xbox console. Try using a different network connection. Re-add your player profile and test it.

If the above actions still do not resolve the issue, I recommend that you contact Xbox Support and explain your situation to them and ask for assistance in dealing with it.

You need to ask your brother and tell him to check his order history as well and check if the game transaction is visible under his account. Kindly ask him so we can proceed with the next step.

I just did that it shows I bought something from that game but it doesn't show I bought the game. I don't know if that will help.
