Why does black ops 6 not allow other accounts to play other than the account subscribed to?

Make Sure You're Logged in with the Same Account in Microsoft Store and Xbox App. To address this issue:

1. Uninstalled your Xbox app on your pc
   
2. Cleaned registry:
   First, press the Windows key + R, type “regedit,” and hit Enter. 
   Navigate to File in the top menu, select Export, choose a location, and save the backup file. 
   Backing up your registry is crucial. It ensures that you can restore your system to its previous state if something goes wrong during the cleaning process. 
   Look for keys related to uninstalled programs or obsolete software. 
   Old software often leaves behind registry entries even after uninstallation. These unnecessary entries can slow down your system. 
   Right-click on the identified entries and select Delete. 
   Deleting these entries will free up space and can help improve system performance. Always double-check that you’re deleting the correct entries to avoid causing issues. 
   Once done, close the Registry Editor by clicking the X in the top-right corner. 
   After deleting unnecessary entries, closing the Registry Editor ensures the changes are saved and applied to your system. 
   Disclaimer: Generally, modifying registry subkeys or work group is intended for advanced users, administrators, and IT Professionals. It can help fix some problems, however, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. 3. Logged into Microsoft Store app with your desired account
   
4. Installed a game you owned from the Microsoft Store
   
5. Launched the game and logged in with your desired account
   
6. Closed the game
   
7. Installed Xbox app and open it again

Based on your description, I understand that you are experiencing an account mismatch error when playing Black Ops 6 with an account that does not have Game Pass Ultimate, so please point me in the right direction if I'm misunderstanding you.



Your Game Pass Ultimate subscription only works if the account you have is logged in, and your main account does not have access to the game. It is therefore normal for this to happen. If you wish to play on another account, you may need to consider other solutions, such as playing on a subscribed account or obtaining access to the game for your main account.

Thank you for the update. Based on your screenshot, it looks like you're experiencing a bug. I play the game myself and unlocked it using the armory.

Please try to completely sign out from your Activision account and log back in to see if your profile will re-sync.

Hey there Athenas! Does this happen in any games other than Black Ops 2? Or is it entirely specific to Black Ops 2?
