Microsoft flight simulator crashes without error window while loading.

First time installing. Installed from xbox game pass PC. Tried repair, tried reset. Once all download happens it gets half way and crashes no error messages. Saw other post but none of the fixes have worked.

Windows 11 10.0.22631 Build 22631

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM i7-13700KF, 3400Mhz, 16 Core(s)

16 GB Ram

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080

I tried compatibility mode an no luck. As my first install there are no third party mods. No VR items installed on PC either.

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Time & Language
Go to Speech > Manage Voice
Click on + Add voices
In the search bar type "English"
Install the English (United States) Language Pack
