Microsoft Jigsaw issue

    Microsoft Jigsaw issue


    I paid for a premium subscription to Microsoft Jigsaw because I don't like the ads. However when I start it up, the ads are still there. I click the comment that says "upgrade to premium" and it says that I already have a premium subscription. I have to click that comment at least 3 times to make the ads go away.

    But also, with premium you're supposed to get other features like the option to see a ghost image of the puzzle and the option to collapse the sidebar etc, and I don't have any of that.

    It seems a bit unfair to pay the extra to get rid of the ads and have the other features when they don't work.

    How do I fix this? I have already tried repairing, re-installing and all of the other suggestions that you would make.

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up
