    Why didn’t my vc come through


    I bought vc it said it was pending then it said completed and it still isn’t on my account.

    In this case, since you already checked and it is successful, what you need to do now is contact 2K support so they can look into your account and solve it for you.     I recently updated my microsoft email from an old one to a new one and now i can only play offline games and i can’t access the store to purchase new games, can someone help me

    I also didn’t say that for example on minecraft or nba2k i can only play by myself no friends can join and i can’t buy vc or get on the minecraft marketplace please help

    Didn’t have a second account on my xbox so i made one. It worked for a second and then cut out and wouldn’t come back. I had noticed similar behavior on my normal account after i reset my xbox, but i wasn’t sure if sound was actually going through because
