    Can't play Minecraft, says I need to buy again


    I haven't played Minecraft in a couple of years but I just downloaded the launcher and logged in with my email and I only get an option to buy the game again. I migrated my account from Mojang to Microsoft in june 2022 as I can see it on my emails.

    Try rebooting the game, and then the console. Could be a temporary glitch if you're using the same account.

    Go into Games and Apps. - Select Minecraft - Manage Game - In "Ready to Install" check to see if your packs are located there. You could have uninstalled the packs by accident.
