The app TMX not opening.

Hello again, as the TMX app is a third-party app, there may be some conflict, but I'm glad the procedure worked.

TMX is right...I did it and it stopped freezing on the startup thx TMX

I am happy to try and help you but please note that this is a community forum and is staffed by volunteers and gamers just like you - not Microsoft staff. We have no access to accounts, Microsoft systems or customer information and can only offer helpful advice.

Have you tried uninstalling and and re-installing the app? This ensures you have the latest version of the app and in most cases resolves in-app issues. It may also be worth resetting your XBOX to see if that fixes the issue.

To reset yoru XBOX:

Make sure you have your XBOX account login information ready before you do this.



Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.



Select Reset console.



On the "Reset your console?" screen, choose one of the three options:

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:



Reset and remove everything. This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all installed content will be deleted. Use this option when selling or gifting the console, or as a last resort in some troubleshooting cases.



Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps.



Cancel. To back out of this screen, simply select the Cancel button. No action has been taken at this point. This is a safe exit from this screen.

If none of that helps, then your only option will be to contact the app developer to report a bug and to see if there is a fix. Unfortunately the developer's website seems to be offline; there is however an email contact link at the bottom of the app page on the Microsoft store page here.

Alternatively you could try posting on the TMX Reddit for advice.

Hello Valleycobb, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

According to this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/tmx/9nblggh3z... the latest update should have resolved the crashing issue. However, if you still have trouble please scroll to the bottom of the page to find the contact information for the app as they have their email listed there.
