Greetings, I bought minecraft account aproximetly in 2021, but then someone stole it and changed all the data, and I can't acess it anymore. I have transaction id's and everything I can give you proof of it below.

Yes, I have access to gmail, but at the time minecraft didn't need to have microsoft account, so I had it on gmail (mojang).

Somebody hacked the gmail, and swapped the main gmail on minecraft account to unknown, so I don't have access to minecraft account.

Sorry to hear this VicKre. I'd suggest you follow the guidance on
this support article to report this to Microsoft.

If at all possible, attempt to recover the account with the forgotten password tools too and if you reuse the same password on other accounts, I would recommend changing them.
