Microsoft Solitaire Collection not loading on my IPad

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection not loading on my IPad


    Why is the Solitaire collection not loading on my IPad? I have been a premium member for years and have never had this issue. It does load on my IPhone but I find the screen too small. I have already tried restarting my IPad, Uninstalling the App and upgrading my IPad. When I try to start the App, I get a black screen with the loading circle, then the initial (blue with the playing cards) screen that says Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The I get sent straight back to my IPad home page. I am due for subscription renewal in a couple of days, but don’t want it to be renewed if I can’t get it back on my IPad.

    My internet is working fine and all other internet related functions on my ipad are working fine. Microsoft solitaire collection just does not see the internet for the challenges.

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
