    I need help badly, my PC keeps crashing and I dont know why?


    This has been happening for quiet some time now. My pc would randomly crash, as in shut itself off then turn back on and when it turns back on the fans run fast and loud. I've replaced the CPU, had my GPU rma'd, and reset the pc. I can be doing anything on the pc from being idle or playing an intensive game and it'll crash. I notice when doing actions such as opening or browser runs the fans really fast and loud. Also when turning the pc on the mobo flashes a red light on cpu, then an orange light on ram, then red again on cpu and turns white once the pc has turned back on. Please help I dont know what to do and its a very annoying issue.

    Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. As long as your cousin hasn't done anything to violate the code of conduct/terms of use he will be fine. Phone support doesn't handle enforcement issues.

    Hey There! Just to make you aware - You cannot pay off an oustanding balance by using a pre-paid xbox LIVE subscription card, it can only be resolved via a valid credit/debit card. You could try signing into www.billing.microsoft.com and see if you can
    assign a new card through that. If you are still having problem you can contact Xbox support and they would be able to assist you better. :)
