    Can’t launch Call of Duty Cold War via Gamepass. Keeps prompting me to purchase the game


    As the subject states, I can’t launch newly installed Call of Duty Cold War using Gamepass. It keeps prompting me to purchase the game and when I click the purchase button, it says “Looks like you already own this” and takes me back to the launch screen. My Gamepass account is up to date and active, so not sure what the issue is. Also seeing a lot of similar posts on here with no resolution. Please help!

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
