Microsoft wont send me a verification code on minecraft

The issue started today when the minecraft launcher would not update bedrock so I re-installed the launcher but then it needed me to log into microsoft again so I did and a box poped up saying something along the lines of "Because you're accessing sensitive info, we'll send a code to your email to verify your identity" so I select send code and then wait for a code to be sent but I do not recive on so I check my spam/junk folder and do not see any thing regarding microsoft or minecraft. I have retried multiple times and as of right now I am unable to play because of this issue.

I understand your concern. Did you make sure that you are entering the correct email from your security info? Do you have the option "Show more verification methods"? If you have, try using that other option to receive a code. Are you able to login to this link to check your security information? The Hero - Edition of Minecraft dungeons isn't installing on my Microsoft store

when I install Hero - Edition it gives this error code: 0x803FB107

when I install Minecraft dungeons itself it gives this error code: 0x80073CF3

Microsoft please help me get Minecraft dungeons and please do the following verification.

That did not help. What i was trying to say is that that when i try to add mobile phone payment as a payment option, microsoft says that they will send me a verification code to my number via sms to confirm that it is me, however i never actually receive
this code.
