    Can you confirm if you are trying to play games from the Xbox app on your Laptop?

    Also does it show any error messages?

    Hi! I have tried everything the videos on line told me to do… I have rest my Xbox to the factory setting… I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times… I have done like 20 hard console resets… and the game is still crashing on me… I’ll probably be 6 minutes into a match and it will crash. But yea try some of them options… they might help you
