How the heck am I suppose to get a problem fixed, when EVERYTHING is Ai Based or no live...

Not sure if you saw this fix while Googling, but it's worked for a lot of other people (even though it's annoying):

I found a resolution that worked for me upon this happening to me in the last hour. Issue is not with the User's Microsoft Account, but with Zendesk Auth itself. I grabbed this URL https://minecraftfeedback.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/ in order to force open the Sign In. Once there, goto 'New to Microsoft (Minecraft)? Sign Up at the bottom and click that, then put in your real name and email, as logging in with your password at this point will cause ZenDesk Auth to glitch in the same fashion.

This will send an email to your associated email account stating "An account already exists for Microsoft (Minecraft) using this email address. To access it, you can sign in or reset your password.

If you didn’t try to sign up for a new account, you can safely ignore this email."

Hit reset your password, put your current password in and you should be logged into Minecraft Feedback Website with your account, and you should be able to use your password again there if you log out (I tested and verified this myself).

So the issue isn't your account, it's Zendesk Auth, which Microsoft themselves need to fix.

As far as contacting support, they no longer use a direct number. You have to request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us You may have to change categories/topics until it gives you the option and you do not have to go through an AI chat to do so.

Also as an FYI, this is a community based forum so we (including mods) do not work for Microsoft.

But shouldn’t that be something Microsoft should be able to fix or look into? Do you not realize that im probably not the only one with this issue. How is someoen suppose to recover an account when they can’t give the original information? You guys solely base the information to what is current. Which how I am suppose to recover my account properly. This is infuriating a large company cannot recover accounts. Like my whole profile exists and everything on a box gamer tag that I can provide all the info to.

[/quote]Rep appears to be based partially on reports and blocks against you. There are few specifics on the actual parameters taken into account.

I am having the exact same problem. I deleted my Profile, and when I tried to redownload it, it says that you can't download profiles right now. What the heck am I supposed to do now? I can't access the beta forums, and no one seems to want to help me with
this problem.

It was a sort lived game, the clue was it wasn't out 6months and it was on sale for $15, then they gave away the season pass for free, still hasn't boosted the player base.

I don't see how they can fix it, other then add in in real player and not AI bots.
