    I had ten pound in my reward pointsI had 10 pound in my reward points on my Xbox account and now it disappeared. I want to get it refunded. Because someone has deleted my accounts and took my 10 pound out of my account. I saved a lot of time and energy to get my rewards for that. And now I'm not happy about this. I need to be credit it back. Because I was going to buy a game tonight on Microsoft store. And found that only had Bumpy in my account and I want to know where the Tenner have gone. I'm not paying any money out of my own pocket through my Microsoft card account which is linked to my bank. I am sack of this issue with your Microsoft rewards. It took me how 8 months to get that one0 pounds Added to my account and when I went back online tonight to buy a game which has 8 pound 37, it disappeared and left me with 1P. In my account, I am disgusted how Microsoft and Xbox, you has upset me

    If the funds were already in your account, check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com and it should show you if anything happened to them. If it shows there was an unauthorized purchase, you would need to request a refund. Keep in mind that funds from Rewards also expire if they're not used within 90 days, so depending on when you got them, they could have also expired.
