How do I fix this? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I’m trying to join a realm on Minecraft on my Switch, but it just says I need to authenticate to Microsoft account.     I need to authenticate to Microsoft services. How do I fix this?


    I’m trying to join a realm on Minecraft on my Switch, but it just says I need to authenticate to Microsoft account. I tried on my Xbox and it works fine but it won’t let me on my Switch.

    Since you have tried all the possible steps here to sort out the issue. There seems to be an issue with the game only. Would it be fine if you can try contacting Mojang support for further advice? You will need to report the bug to them so that they can provide a fix for it.     I understand, can you try to log out from your Microsoft account on Minecraft and then log back in? After that, reset the wireless connection on your device. Try to play online in the game and see if it works.
