Not saving data alert

    Not saving data alert


    Game stating that it will not save any more data I read on forums that I should go to setting and clear data storage then uninstall the game then install back Will I have to repurchase the game once this is done.

    Lost Save Data

    Your saved games data is stored in the cloud as well as the HDD if you delete the saved games data from HDD by accident it will sync from the cloud, at the moment there is a service alert which could be causing your problem.

    I'll be waiting your feedback :)
    I've did all the steps with no problem but when I set up the account and apply save Xbox data. I then click Xbox Assiant which display a faded out screen then fix itself back up I saw the alert still there. Does it matter if I apply save data or not to have any effect?

    I should mention which I forgot the alert been like this for 12 days straight I found it out on the 8th day. Then I saw couple threads talking about similar expereince.

    Cannot access Spartan Ops (Halo 4).

    I'm not so sure the Live service alert is related to Halo's issues are related. The Live service alert is due to an issue with data stored on Cloud storage, Halo 4's issues are server problems.

    Unfortunately the only way to get it back is to replay it. That's been an issue with a couple of the Forza games sadly. The same thing happened to me with Forza 5 and I was close to finishing it. I still haven't picked it up since that happened.
