If I delete an old world in realms can I restore it

OK finally got it fixed - mojang support suggested "...the realm owner to try an revert the world to a previous back up? Please ask them save the current world somewhere safe before restoring to the back up...."

Got the realm admin to do that and was able to log in perfectly to the old version of the realm. Restoring the current version of the realm and was able to log into that as well.

The world should be synced to the cloud.

Make sure you have logged in with your account details used previously where the world you would like to continue on. If it does not show, on the worlds tab select “sync old worlds”

Select the world you would like to restore. It should download.

The other option is to start a realm. There are two options for realms:

10 Players

You will then be able to play together and even when one of you are not online, the other person can still access the world.

Please take note that realms are subscription based and is not free like normal worlds

No I deleted the world from the Realm worlds. Is it still possible to get back

yeah she is already on 1.19.1 everyone is already updated.

My partner created a realm via PS4 and our friend who plays via the switch can connect fine no issue's its just the realm that I created via windows 10 that seems to be the issue.

Removed all resource packs etc - Same issues.

Re-installed minecraft on the switch - same issues.



Edit :

Activated an old realm world - Switch can join no issues.

Created new world realm - Switch joins no issues.

Re-activate the current world where original issue was - Issue still present.

Replaced old realm world with current world back up (june 7th update 1.19) - Issue present.

Replaced world realm with back up before june 7th update (1.18 then updated the realm to 1.19 before switch joins) - issue present.

So I've found out how to fix the issue, it's really simple. God knows how both MS and Mojang don't know how to fix it.

So it turns out you can't renew an expired realm subscription, but you CAN replace the new world in a new realm with your old world from your expired realm:

1. On your expired realm, click "edit", then go to "game" and there is an option to download your world, so download it.

2. Buy a new 10 person realms plus subscription and create a new world within that realm. It doesn't matter what the name is or anything (looks like you've already done this part).

3. On your new realm, click "edit", then go to "game" and there is an option to REPLACE your world in the new realm.

4. Replace the newly made world in the new realm with the world from your expired realm that you downloaded.

5. Invite all of your previous members to the new realm and play. Your old world should be exactly as it was, with every member's inventory intact.
