    Why does my internet (sky broadband) cut out every few mins


    It cuts out for around 10 seconds and reconnects me to the Internet but it still kicks me from my game and it's getting so annoying, and it's around the whole house and it happens on every platform

    Hi George thanks for your help. I’ve now disabled my sky broadband shield and can finally connect it to the internet.

    I had the same problem but with Halo 5 Guardians. My broadband is with Sky and it turns out it was being blocked by Sky Broadband Shield. I changed the settings in shield to allow halowaypoint.com and it worked!! If you add the address for EA it might solve
    the problem. Good luck!
