What do people get a chat ban

The age rating of a game only applies to the single player side of a game & means someone under that age can't buy the game.

The online side is not rated,which every online game tells you.Xbox live however is rated E for everyone which is why you can get a suspension for swearing.

But why can’t we just have it as a 13+ can chat setting because voice chat is on there. Voice chat people can say what ever they like, ye they get banned but with the chat box it’s hashtags instead of the word

I get what you're saying, but what more can be done? Do you have any suggestions? You have the option to mute players, block them and report them, what else is missing? People get banned/suspended everyday for this type of stuff.

Do you want xbox to add a voice filtering software for game chat?

If there is a team of people doing it then can they start looking at what all is happening instead of the one thing? People get chat banned instantly but I've seen people ruining games for others and nothing happening. And if they don't want someone specific
messaging "offensive" things, the player can just block whoever is messaging them.

Microsoft chat is support,they do not have anything to do with enforcement,they do not create reports to get people banned.

A competent member of support would have told you to report on your console.
