microsoft can yall please fix this

Have you tried joining a party on the Xbox mobile app while on your phones data instead of WIFI? This would further verify that WIFI issues are not contributing to the problem you are experiencing. It is possible that you are experiencing NAT issues. My series x goes green screen and crashes on 2k22 online play only, no other game. Can yall please fix this I have notified 2k and Microsoft and it has been a month and still this happens.

Okay I spoke too soon! I thought it was fixed but its not! So Im still open for suggestions! Come on Microsoft....we pay for an ad free game....time for yall to fix the problem! PLEASE!!!

I have to same exact problem as yall do. Called Microsoft and they couldn't fix it either. Said they were gonna send it to a specialist and see if they can figure it out.
