MINECRAFT DISAPPEARED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT

I am happy to try and help you but please note that this is a community forum and is staffed by volunteers and gamers just like you - not Microsoft staff. We have no access to accounts, Microsoft systems or customer information and can only offer helpful advice.

Are you 100% sure the account you are currently using is the same one you used to purchase that game back in the day? If the game is not in your games library on PC or XBOX, then it's likely it is under a different account.

You can check if your currently signed-in account purchased the game by simply going to your order history either on the console (go to SETTINGS>ACCOUNT>PAYMENT & BILLING>ORDER HISTORY ) or on desktop ( https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/?refd=account.microsoft.com )

If it is listed in your order history, you can simply install it by downloading it directly from your order history. It will also appear in your games library on PC and console, and can be installed from there. You will always be able to download it again any time even if the game is no longer offered in any XBOX store.

If it's not listed in the account's order history, then it was purchased under a different XBOX account and you will need to sign into that account to download and play it again. If you can no longer access that old account then you will simply need to purchase the titles again on your current account, I am afraid.

Can you reply with what disappeared? The Minecraft game or points from a promotion.

If the Minecraft game is gone, you can go into your account settings, Purchase History, and download it again.

If you are missing points, if they were from a promotion, they may have expired. If not, your best bet would be to contact billing to have them look into the issue further.

I'm fairly certain it's not temporary, does it appear in your library? You can check this by clicking the menu (the three dots in the upper right corner) on the Microsoft Store app on your PC and clicking My Library. This should show you all of the apps
and games associated with your account, and Minecraft should be in there. You can also click the Purchased option, though this will take you to a webpage in your Microsoft account listing all your purchases.

We totally understand that you want to get your Minecraft game back. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check your account here and where the game originally was purchased manually since we do not have the option to.

As you have already contacted Minecraft support and they have directed you to Microsoft support, I suggest you contact Microsoft support again and provide them with your old username, the one generated for your account upon migration, and all possible related emails. This will help them locate your account and verify your purchase of the game. They should be able to assist you in retrieving your game, our dedicated Xbox live support will be able to double check everything for you if you are able to provide what they need and verify things on your end.

Please follow the steps below to reach out to our live support team:

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".
10. Should you be encountering issues contacting support, you may try InPrivate Window of your browser, other browser, different device/s or connect to different network.

Yes, it is possible to install Minecraft Bedrock Edition on PC, in the Launcher it appears with the name "Minecraft for Windows".

Regarding the migration question, don't worry, your Minecraft Java Edition will not disappear, the only thing that will change is that the game license will be linked to the Microsoft account where you migrate it and after that to be able to run the game you will only have to log in with your Microsoft account instead of your Mojang account.
