    Even though my account is over 16 I can't play multiplayer on Minecraft and the link that comes up for support still send me to a page telling me how to put a child account into a family. Any help?

    That is outrageous! I just bought Minecraft for 30 dollars for my Xbox and I can't even access the full game even though the card says full game?! I should be allowed to play multiplayer after buying the full game. This is horrid

    Unfortunately you can't just sign out and then sign it back in with another account. It just gives a dialogue saying that the account is already linked(even though it's signed out/unlinked) and then you can't play multiplayer permanently because you're
    locked out of being able to sign in after that.

    If you play Minecraft even if you're on PS console, it will still require you to have a Microsoft/Xbox account especially when playing multiplayer.

    Change your Date of birth that is the only possible reason ... if it's less than 18 yo that would be the answer to all your problems :). also if you're in a family leave it first then try what i mentioned first. hope this helps
