    Green screen of death and no reset works


    I have the green screen of death on my xbox one. Hard reset / power cycle hasn't worked. Holding sync/eject/power eventually takes me to the troubleshooting screen but console turns off immediately.

    Hi Scott,

    That sounds really frustrating, especially since you've already tried all the usual troubleshooting steps. If your Xbox One keeps shutting off before you can reset it, it might be a hardware issue.

    You can try doing a factory reset using a USB. If that doesn't work, your best option would be to look into Xbox’s official repair services.
