Constant disconnects from Forza horizon 5 online servers. (Xbox)

I've been playing Forza horizon 5 since launch, and I've always had problems with the servers being God awful no matter where I play. But these last few days, I can't buy anything from the auction house, sell vehicles on the auction house, view custom liverys. Can't even access the forzathon shop. I just keep disconnecting and reconnecting. Even after restart of the game and console, switching from wired and wireless connections, deleting and reinstalling the game. Idk what to do and it's making me mad, because I want to buy and sell vehicles on the auction house

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues playing Forza Horizon 5 due to constant disconnection. I understand that you've tried some troubleshooting steps but none of the worked on your situation. Are you only having disconnection issues with this specific game?

As part of our isolation, please clear your alternate MAC address. To clear your MAC address and restart your console, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Sign in to your console.

I also have Teredo is unable to qualify. Even with this Horizon Life on fh4 works but not on 5. I've tried for days to fix it but nothing works. It's really stupid that microsoft doesn't even pay attention to this issue,

It's happening to pretty much everyone playing the game at the moment.

They are aware of the issue & investigating it.

Playing at off peak times doesn't really help from what i've experienced.

This is one of the reasons for early access ans why they spent 24 hours rolling the game out. They’re still load balancing the servers and so this is likely to continue for awhile. Try not playing during prime times, which being the weekend is probably only early morning.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. Sorry to hear that you've been unable to enjoy the game play in Forza Horizon 4 due to disconnection. When you receive the message concerning disconnection, is it from Xbox Live or from the Forza servers? Also, does
this happen with any other games, or just Forza Horizon 4?

If you're getting disconnected from Xbox Live, then I recommend using the Xbox One Disconnect Solution to pinpoint what the issue may be
and get your connection back to correct working order.
