Refund because like everything with Microsoft it takes ages so what else can u go to put this right I’ve spent over an hour resetting passwords trying to log in when a simple phone call would put this right straight away

I have. When I log into my wifes account or my son'sacclount it ask's me for my email address and password. I enter in the correct information and it keeps bringing me back to entering in the password screen. I know it's not a password issue because I can
log into xbox live with no issue,

Hi XBF, I have a similar issue with my XBox 360. It’s currently not allowing me to log in to Xbox Live and I do receive an error code. I’m sure that I’m putting the right password but it still does not allow me to log in. Please help! Thanks.
