    NBA2k16 "Purchasing VC is not available at this time, please try again later"

    Yes. I've been trying to get this taken care of for the last 4 days. I also did not receive my pre-order bonus. Purchased 35,000 VC on Sunday, contacted Xbox Support and 2K Support after it said "Purchase Cancelled" and charged my credit card anyways. The
    very next day after talking with 2K Support they suggested I try purchasing more VC so I tried purchasing 5,000 VC and the same issue occurred. They have yet to refund me or add the VC into my account.

    I am from China and I bought this Xbox One in Hongkong.

    When I was trying to buy some VC in 2K14 and buy some more games, I was told should try another way.

    And then, I have tried three different cards, two credit cards and one debit card. None of them worked.

    Now I can only play two games and have no fun any more.

    good luck. I even tried to purchase it because I got so frustrated. It still doesn’t work. That’s why they won’t give a redemption code. It won’t work. Fix this Xbox. This sucks
