Since your error code is related to Windows update, please ensure that your Windows has the latest update. Select Start , go to Settings Update & Security Windows Update > select Check for Windows updates. · If any updates are available for you, select Download & Install.

Apparently from the image you sent of gaming services it says that it is disabled, so you should click a second time and activate it so that the service can work correctly, I hope I have helped you.

does not matter these days as most games require a day one patch to actually get them to work properly so in the future if all online services disappear then the game probably won't run.

Thank you for responding, I have tried using the solution you provided but unfortunately it didn't work either.
I have also implemented the solution in the articles you provided. alas, neither of them worked.
